About Me & Mighty Pines Cocktail Co.
It was days at the lake, surrounded by the tall White Pines of Algonquin Park, when I learned how good I felt when I prioritized the things I love.
We planned adventures and fun at the top of our to-do lists, making each summer feel like magic - filled with memorable and wild experiences.
Just like summer, I realized life is short.
It turns out, that this same method of prioritizing the things we love, also works to create an exceptional life.
I call this “filling my happy cup.”
In my mid-twenties, I decided to start living every season the way I lived my summers.
After moving to Vancouver Island, meeting my husband and guiding outdoor adventures together for many incredible years across Canada, I started to see years build into decades well lived.
Now, my desire is to inspire others to prioritize the things that fill your happy cup.
As a person, and as a business owner, I aspire to encourage others to do more of what you love, as I believe this concept will create more positivity across the world, continuing to make this beautiful planet a wonderful place to live.

THE DUO BEHIND THE RECIPES
NOT MIXOLOGISTS, but incredibly good cooks.
If bitters, syrups, and shrubs have become to mixologists what spices, seasoning, and herbs are to a chef - then all must taste what both worlds colliding can engineer in a bottle.
We are incredibly grateful to Chef Vanessa Rundell and Pierre Lamielle for their work and creativity during the formation of Mighty Pines mixers.
Their goal was to make it easy - one ounce of the mixer to make a fresh, tasty, and impressive cocktail or mocktail.
They stuck to a list of demands when developing each recipe:
quality, fresh and natural ingredients.

fit in a crystal coupe or a solo cup.
taste great with castiron cooking or iron chef cooking.
Mighty Pines Cocktail Co.’s mission, to live and drink well, continues with the same exceptional standards that began with Pierre and Vanessa’s vision.
