  • Damaged product?

    Send us an email with a photo of the damaged product and a short description. We’ll send you a replacement right away at no charge to you.

    We do not replace items that have frozen during shipping, as this cannot always be avoided, and we believe it does not affect the integrity of our product.

  • MAKE A RETURN

    Although most customers love our products, if you don’t, please email us within 14 days of your purchase so we can make it right. We accept returns on any unopened, damaged, or unsatisfactory goods. Return requests are usually processed within 1-5 business days. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled.
