SPRUCE TIP POPSICLE SHANDY
MAKES 2 COCKTAILS
2 oz Lumberjack Lemonade mixer
6 oz water
a wheat beer would be really nice
Combine water and Lumberjack Lemonade mixer in a measuring cup with a spout. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold.
Alternatively, you can just pour it into an ice cube tray and use ice cubes instead of the popsicle.
Freeze the popsicles overnight. Put your beer mugs into the freezer at the same time.
Grab a nice big frosty mug and carefully pour in the beer, leaving some space at the top to accommodate the popsicle.
Dunk that popsicle into your beer.
Let it melt a bit, and the beer will start tasting wonderful.
