Update on Blueberry Basil and Peach Cobbler

Fall continues to be busy for Mighty Pines - we're not complaining, we're just updating on our currently sold out flavours - Blueberry Basil and Peach Cobbler. 

Yep - we're still sold out of these two beauties. Until at least next week (September 24th, 2026). 

The uptake on these two flavours is quite exciting.

1. I think it shows us that the world is reaching for better ingredients and real flavour more often.
2. Canadians are supporting Canadians. Which is incredible and we greatly hope this behavior continues to grow. 

Why it's taking so long?

We ran into an unexpected challenge sourcing our packaging (boxes and divider inserts).

Boring I know - but hear me out - learning a bit about what small businesses in Canada face when it comes to packaging is actually kind of cool and interesting. 

You'd think that the bottles, boxes, cardboard inserts, caps, labels, etc. would always be there, just waiting to be ordered, but this is false. 

Instead, we often run into road blocks - items we depend on, not being readily available (as most small businesses are not able to order HUGE quantities of items due to lack of storage and/or cash flow). 

So, we stay nimble and we get creative. If something isn't available for our usual source, we often have a backup. However, sometimes we need to go custom - and that's a problem for time (and usually money). 

On this round we needed to source our own custom boxes - not as easy as you'd imagine - finding a manufacturer that can make both our case box and inserts took time (it seems any box we need requires a custom order - requiring custom cutting tools and products). 

But we got this! New bottles (with boxes and inserts) are available once again - and they are on their way for production. 

Also, some exciting news - we've improved the Peach Cobbler flavour on this batch. Yes, it was well loved, but we did hear that most customers wished the peach flavour stood out above the vanilla - we, we reduced the vanilla and molasses to help those peaches shine. 

Estimated restock date: September 24, 2026. 

Wholesale ordering of these flavours is still available (as we can ship from Vancouver Island where we still have stock).
