Spicy Bloody Mary with Rhubarb Habanero

Ingredients

1oz Rhubarb Habanero

1oz Vodka (optional)
-
3oz tomato juice
-
Chunky salt or Caesar rimmer

Garnish with celery stick, hot pepper, lime, or lemon
Directions
Salty rimmer: Get the rim of your glass wet with a lime slice, and dip it in chunky salt.
Fill the glasses with ice to the very top.
Add 1oz of vodka per glass (or less, or leave out).
Add 1 ounce of Rhubarb Habanero mixer.
Add 3 ounces of tomato juice to each glass (the temptation will be to fill the glass all the way up, but try your best to measure the tomato juice so you don’t end up diluting the mixer too much).
Stir with a celery stick or long cocktail stir stick.
Garnish as you please.
