Directions

1. Muddle the ginger and rosemary in a cocktail shaker.

2. Add lots of ice, Rhubarb Habanero mixer, grapefruit juice, and gin.

3. Shake well.

4. Strain into a glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
