An easy spicy cocktail recipe that will impress any guest. Alcohol-optional (just leave the booze out).

Ingredients

2 oz Rhubarb Habanero
2oz Gin (spirit or non-alcoholic)
4oz Pink grapefruit juice
2oz Sparkling water
4 slices of fresh, unpeeled ginger
Sprig of rosemary
Grapefruit slice to garnish
Sprig of rosemary to garnish

Directions

Muddle the ginger and rosemary in a cocktail shaker.
Add lots of ice, Rhubarb Habanero mixer, grapefruit juice, and gin.
Shake well.
Strain into a glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
