RHUBARBRA STREISAND
MAKES 2 COCKTAILS
2 oz gin
2 oz Rhubarb Habanero Mixer
4 oz pink grapefruit juice
2 oz club soda
4 slices of fresh, unpeeled ginger
sprig of rosemary
slice of grapefruit to garnish
sprig of rosemary to garnish
Muddle the ginger and rosemary in a cocktail shaker.
Add lots of ice, Rhubarb Habanero mixer, grapefruit juice, and gin.
Shake well.
Strain into a glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
