PEACH COBBLER bourbon milkshake
MAKES 2 COCKTAILS
2 scoops of good vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk
2 ounces of Peach Cobbler Mixer (plus more to garnish)
2 ounces of bourbon
2 Dad’s oatmeal cookies, crumbled, to garnish
Chill two short glasses in the freezer for at least an hour.
In a blender combine Peach Cobbler mixer, milk, bourbon, and ice cream. Blend until smooth.
Add the Dad’s oatmeal cookies in a ziploc baggy and smash them up into a fine crumble.
Pour into chilled glasses. Top with crumbled cookie.
