RHUBARB HABANERO SPICY MARGARITA
MAKES 2 COCKTAILS
2 ounces Rhubarb Habanero Mixer
2 ounces tequila blanco
1 ounce cointreau
1 ounce fresh lime juice
lime and/or orange wedge for a garnish
so much ice
chunky salt for a rimmer (or this)
Add everything into a cocktail shaker, except the salt for the rimmer and the garnish wedges.
Shake.
Get the rim of your glass wet with lime juice (use one of the halves of lime you just squeezed). Dip the rim in chunky salt to get a nice coating.
Fill two glasses with lots of ice and strain the cocktail overtop.
Serve with lime and/or orange wedge for garnish.
